RICHARD STONEHOUSE
Richard is a co-founder of VICTUS
Richard brings 18 years' experience across all real estate asset classes. Having spent time in the European markets, Richard latterly led the Residential Capital Markets teams at JLL and Avison Young UK, forging a deep understanding and exemplary track record within the MFH / SFH BTR, Affordable, Extra Care, Later Living, Co-Living and Tenanted Investment sectors.
His specialisms extend to transaction structuring and all manner of living sector investments, joint ventures and funding.
PETE DAY
PETE is a co-founder of VICTUS.
Pete has worked within the UK real estate markets for nearly 20 years, focussing on residential led development and investment across the BTR, Affordable Housing and Later Living sectors. Drawing on his experience in senior roles at JLL, Henley Investments and Avison Young, Pete leads on Victus' Affordable Housing consultancy and investment projects.
Pete's track record includes innovative Affordable Housing tenure concepts, nuanced lease-based Affordable Housing investments (specialised supported living, temporary and emergency, income strips etc.) as well as private rented (PRS) and BTR MFH.
JAMES POPE
James is a co-founder of Beaumont Bailey and leads the industry practice. Having previously worked for one of the longest established international executive search firms, James has delivered board and executive leadership assignments for FTSE and Fortune 50 multinationals in both developed and emerging markets.
James is a recognised industry expert and regularly advises on talent issues faced by the sector.
DAVID GOLDBERG
David is a respected, well-known and experienced individual within the property management industry, having spent c. 15 years in the sector.
He spent his earlier years within the IT sector working for a number of blue chip organisations and joined the property management industry in 2002, holding a number of senior roles within high profile firms before founding POD Management in 2017.
He felt the industry needed a challenger brand that would transform the way the property management world operates. POD is designed to bring a unique, value-add approach to the property management business model. Leveraging best-in-class systems, POD aims to make property management a simple and seamless experience for its customers and shake up the traditional ways in which the industry is used to working.
RYAN COLLIER
Ryan is a specialist in the management of large and complex buildings, having worked with numerous developers to optimise the design and delivery of large scale new build schemes.
Prior to joining POD, Ryan was Director at First Port, tasked with managing Large and Complex Division, where he oversaw a prestigious portfolio of c.23,000 homes, an annual service charge spend of £70m and a wider team of nearly 500 people.
Ryan works closely with developers and investor clients in order to optimise design, in particular for the embryonic Build to Rent sector, and has assisted in the delivery of some of the country’s most iconic and complex developments, including the residential element of Quintain’s multi tenure Wembley Park.
NICK JUDD
As Founder Partner of 90 North, Nick’s focus is on acquiring the right properties and building a team who share his passion.

His real estate and fund management career stretches back to the late 1980s. Since 2000 he has worked with Gulf based investors travelling throughout the Middle East. Nick concentrates on delivering profitable results for investors, focusing on the real estate fundamentals and driving all elements of the active asset management process from acquisition through to sale.

Nick lived in the Gulf for 4 years, working at Shari’ah compliant Unicorn Investment Bank as Head of Investment Development & Distribution. ​Before moving to the Gulf, he was Property Fund Manager at Capital Trust Limited, a Mayfair based private equity and real estate business serving mainly GCC based clients.

Nick’s direct real estate experience started with Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker, qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1991. He has an MBA, and a BSc in Estate Management.
PHILIP CHURCHILL
A Founder Partner of 90 North, Philip has led the expansion of the business into the international operation it’s become today.

Starting his career with Citigroup, he moved into real estate over 15 years ago and has specialised in real estate investment management since.
With transactions conducted exceeding £2 billion, Philip has extensive practical knowledge in the due diligence and structuring of acquisitions across the UK, US and Continental Europe as well as a wide range of sectors and investment strategies.
Before establishing 90 North, Philip was Executive Vice President, Head of Real Estate at Shari’ah compliant Gatehouse Bank in London. He established the team and built assets under management.

Philip has a BSc (Honours) 1st in Economics and holds the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments’ Islamic Finance Qualification. He writes a monthly article for Islamic Finance News and regularly speaks at conferences and seminars.

Co-Founder - Westfort Advisors
Deepak Drubhra
Deepak is the co-founder of Westfort Advisors with vast experience in Real Estate debt advisory, restructuring and investment management. He has restructured over €12bn of commercial real estate debt across Europe since the 2008 financial crisis.

Deepak was previously a Director at Mount Street having joined as a Director from Morgan Stanley. Prior to this, he worked at Hatfield Philips and LNR Europe, a European debt fund.
​
Deepak graduated from Cass Business School and holds a law degree. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Co-Founder - Westfort Advisors
Richard Herring
Richard is the co-founder of Westfort Advisors. Previously a Director at Mount Street, Richard spearheaded the Debt Advisory service, placing c.£300m CRE debt in its first 18 months. Previously, he supported 15 different clients in underwriting £23bn of non-performing loans (NPL), across 20 jurisdictions.
He was also responsible for restructuring both CMBS and balance sheet NPLs across Europe. Richard was previously a manager in RBS’ Non-Core Division (CRE loan disposals and restructurings), prior to which he served for 10 years as a British Army Officer. He has an MBA (with Distinction) and a BSc (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
